About the Role:

We are seeking Field Representatives to be best in class brand ambassador for our client to grow our door-to-door sales within respective neighborhoods If you are a motivated and results driven individual, who chases goals and big dreams, we want you to join our winning team!

Here’s where you come in…

  • Drive and support the sale of TV, Internet and Mobility Service by being a brand ambassador and visiting residential customers face to face through tried and proven sales strategy
  • Work from a client provided territory lead list to market products to drive sales in residential areas
  • Identify the specific needs of customers and tailor solutions that fit their lifestyle delivering best-in-class customer service experience
  • Meet with your team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results
  • Use of field CRM system to manage your leads and funnel

Do you have the keys to success?

  • 2-3 years of Door-to-Door sales experience
  • Experience with sales teams that specializes in penetrating residential markets is an asset
  • An ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals
  • Motivated by rewards (uncapped commission means unlimited earning potential!)
  • Ability for frequent travel across your assigned territory as required
  • Fulltime work schedule; Tuesday through Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm and Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm to maximize customer contact
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
  • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is an asset

Compensation:

  • 100% Commission with an aggressive rate card
  • Phone allowance
  • Monthly car allowance
